The Regional Karen Pryor Academy Dog Trainer Professional program typically takes six months to complete. Expect to invest a minimum 5 to 10 hours per week in the online units before each workshop. This includes your online time and your homework assignments. You will need access to a dog to complete your homework assignments and you will need an animal of a different species. You will attend four workshops, each two full days in length. You will need to bring to each of your workshops a dog that you have been working with in order to demonstrate your progress.
